If content (text, pictures, video) is unintentionally visible on every page, view this tutorial:
Why is my content repeated on every page? You must make sure you click within the page before adding content, otherwise it is placed in your menu and appears on all pages.
Here is how you fix it and learn how to make sure you are inserting content in the page and not the menu:
Step 1 | If you notice the settings icon next to your navigation menu, any content you add will be added to the navigation area. This results in seeing that content on every page. | |
---|---|---|
Step 2 | When you add content, make sure the settings icon is located on the page slide. You should be able to see the settings icon AND the delete icon. This will result in seeing content ONLY on that page. IF you see the settings icon in the wrong place, click on some content or the background of your slide until you see the settings icon move to the space in this picture. | |
If your content is already in the navigation menu, follow these steps to correct the issue: | ||
Step 1 | First, click on the options drop down menu and select organize. | |
Step 2 | Once you are in the organize view, click on the content you want to move. | |
Step 3 | Click on the down arrow to move the content down one slide. | |
Step 4 | If you need to move the content further, you can use the multidirectional arrows to drag and move your content. If not, click on the X. | |
Step 5 | Once you have finished, make sure you publish the changes you have made on your page. |
